PEPE is our Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, refermented in the bottle according to an artisanal method, unfiltered and deliberately veiled, to authentically express the vivacity of the grape variety and our terroir.
The slightly cloudy straw yellow color anticipates a richly fresh bouquet: notes of freshly picked must, coconut water, yellow flowers, and mineral notes combine with a fragrant hint of fruit muffins. On the palate, the foam is gentle and creamy, with a savory and clean finish that invites you to drink more.
Fresh, spontaneous, and gastronomic, it is perfect as an aperitif and pairs effortlessly with cured meats, light pasta dishes, and finger foods.
